Sumit Tours & Travels

Sumit Tours & Travels is situated at Vraj Avenue in Bhandup West. Our office is on the upper ground floor which makes it easy for people to just wander in from the street. It is a small space with a couple of desks and a lot of printed schedules pinned to the walls. We spend most of our morning coordinating with drivers and checking on car keys. Bhandup is a busy area and there is always a lot of noise coming from the main road. We handle a lot of requests for local trips and outstation travel. It gets a bit hectic when multiple families show up at the same time wanting to book something for the weekend. The tea guy outside the building knows our order by heart because we drink so much of it while looking at maps. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow and we have to do things the old way with pens and logbooks. We do not have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure the vehicles are ready and the timings are set. There is always a stack of old newspapers on the table and some folders that need filing. We try to keep things organized but in a small office like this things tend to pile up quickly. It is a simple operation and we just try to get people where they need to go without making things too complicated. That is how we spend our days here.
