The first floor of Darshan Udyog Bhavan is where you’ll find our shop. We are at Gala No. 10 on the Andheri-Kurla Road. Safed Pool is always crowded, so getting in and out can take a minute. We've been in Andheri East for a long time. The space isn't huge, but we make it work for what we need. It’s mostly filled with wire and machines for the springs. There’s a lot of noise throughout the day. We don't have a fancy waiting area or anything. Usually, if someone comes to see us, we just talk right there by the machines. It’s easier that way. We aren't into the whole modern business look. We prefer keeping things practical. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, but we're used to them by now. Being in Safed Pool means we see all kinds of people every day. It's a lively part of the city. We focus on the daily stuff and try not to overcomplicate things. If the machines are running, we're happy. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them ourselves, which takes time. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. Most of our work comes from word of mouth around the neighborhood. It’s been that way since the start. We just keep our heads down and do the work we know how to do. It’s just Sumit Engineering & Spring, no more, no less.
