Sudha Tours & Travels

Our small office is tucked away at C/22 in Gandhi Nagar, right on Dainik Shivner Road in Lower Parel. We are situated directly opposite Balaji Ceramics, so that is usually the landmark we tell people to look for. Sudha Tours & Travels is basically where we help people figure out their bus tickets and train bookings. It isn't a big travel agency with glossy brochures everywhere. We have a couple of desks, some old maps on the wall, and a computer that sometimes takes a minute to load the booking sites. Lower Parel is always buzzing with activity, and our street is no different. Most of our customers are locals who live nearby or work in the surrounding buildings. They drop in to ask about prices or to see if a seat is available for the weekend. We try to keep things simple and give clear answers. Sometimes we stay late when the holiday season is coming up because everyone wants to get home to their villages. It gets quite noisy with the traffic outside, but we like being in the middle of it all. We have been in this spot for years and the neighbors are all friendly. It is just a regular business doing regular work for regular people who want to go somewhere else for a few days.
