Sudershan Florists

Our shop, Sudershan Florists, is tucked away just behind Shiv Sena Bhavan in Dadar West. It’s a well-known landmark, so people usually find us without too much trouble, even though we’re a bit off the main strip. Working in Dadar means there is never a dull moment. The area is always crowded, and there is a lot of energy. We spend our mornings preparing all the different arrangements. Some days are much slower than others, but we always have something to do, like cleaning the containers or rearranging the displays. The space is a bit tight, so we have to be careful where we put things so customers can actually walk in and see what's available. It’s just a regular local business, nothing too elaborate. We have been here long enough that we know the local tea seller and the other shopkeepers nearby. It feels like a little community behind the main building. We don’t really bother with fancy decorations for the shop itself; we just let the flowers do the talking. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult, especially when the lane gets a bit muddy, but we manage to keep things tidy enough. We take each day as it comes. Usually, by the time evening rolls around, we’re winding down and getting ready to do it all over again the next day. It’s a simple life, but we like being part of this Dadar neighborhood and the people in it.
