We are located at Jogeshwari Chowk in Meenakshii Chamber. It’s right across from the Monginis cake shop, which is actually a really good landmark for people trying to find us. Being in Orlem, it’s a very lively spot with people constantly walking by. Our shop is full of buckets of flowers and the smell is really strong, especially in the mornings when the new stock arrives. We spend a lot of our time trimming stems and cleaning up leaves that fall on the floor. It’s a bit of a messy job, actually, with all the water and thorns, but we don't mind it. We have a small counter where we put the bouquets together. Sometimes it gets really hectic during holidays or festival times, and the whole shop is just covered in petals and ribbon. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a local florist trying to keep things simple. We don't use any fancy refrigerated cases, just fresh water and a cool spot in the shop. Most of the people who come in are regulars from the neighborhood who just want something for their homes or for a friend. We know most of them by name by now. It’s nice to be part of the community here. We just try to keep the flowers fresh and the shop open on time every single day. We are usually here until late evening tidying up the shop.
