Akbarallys Florist

We have our flower shop, Akbarallys Florist, over at the Akbarallys Shopping Centre in Chembur. It is on Sinhagad Road, right near the HDFC Bank. If you are standing near the Dominos Pizza across the street, you can see us. We have been in this spot for quite a while now. The shop is usually a bit of a mess with buckets of water, flower stems on the floor, and rolls of wrapping paper everywhere. That is just how it is when you are working with fresh plants all day. Every morning, we get our deliveries and start sorting through the blooms. We try to keep things simple and practical. If someone needs a bouquet for a wedding or just a few roses to take home, we help them out. It is not a high-end, fancy boutique; it is just a local shop where we know many of the neighbors by name. Sometimes the smell of pizza from across the road makes us hungry, but mostly we just smell the lilies and roses. We spend our time trimming thorns and making sure the flowers stay fresh in their vases. Being in the shopping centre means it gets busy in the evenings when people are heading home. We don't have a big corporate mission or anything like that. We just like flowers and we like being part of the Chembur community. We do our work, wrap the flowers up, and hope they last a long time for whoever gets them.
