Our shop is over in Kandivali West, specifically at the Gujarat Housing Board. It’s Shop No 4 in the Sai Krupa building on Plot No 23. It’s a local spot where people come when they are thinking about moving or selling their place. The office is small, just enough room for a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. Just the name on the door and our hours. Most of the people we deal with are from right here in the housing board or the surrounding streets. We know the buildings around here very well because we’ve walked through most of them at some point. It’s a busy area with lots of families and kids playing outside. We spend our time talking to owners and looking at what’s available on the market. We don't try to push anyone into a deal. It’s more about sitting down and seeing what fits their situation. We have our tea, we look at the papers, and we talk. Sometimes it takes a long time to find the right thing, and that’s fine. We aren't in a huge rush. We’ve been in Kandivali for a good while, so we’ve seen how the prices go up and down. People trust us to tell them the truth about what a place is worth. That’s basically our whole day, just being here for the neighbors.
