Subhash Hotel

Subhash Hotel is situated at 385 Subhash Arogya Bhavan on N M Joshi Marg in Lower Parel, Mumbai. We are right opposite the old Appolo Mill. Being in Lower Parel, we are surrounded by a lot of history and a lot of new office buildings. Our hotel is one of the older spots in the area. We have been here for a long time, watching the neighborhood change around us. It’s a busy place because N M Joshi Marg is a main road with constant traffic and noise. We provide rooms for people who are in Mumbai for work or just passing through. The building is a bit dated, and we are always having to touch up the paint or fix a leaky tap. It’s not a luxury stay, just a basic place for people who need a bed in a central location. We have a small team of staff who handle the check-ins and the cleaning. Sometimes we have to deal with the typical Mumbai problems like water issues or power cuts, but we manage. Most of our guests are regulars who have been staying with us for years. They like that we are right across from Appolo Mill and easy to find. We don't do much in terms of promotion. We just keep our doors open and wait for whoever needs a room. It’s a simple business in a very busy city, and that’s how we like it.
