Stuti Tourism Pvt Ltd has an interesting setup with addresses involving Borivali East and also Chembur at 4 Kasturba Road. We spend a lot of our time at A/8 Jai Himgirie in Swastik Park. It keeps us moving between these different parts of the city. Running a tourism business means we are always on the phone or checking emails about holiday spots. The office is quite small and filled with folders from over the years. We don't have a big corporate vibe at all. It’s more like a group of people who know a lot about travel sitting in a room together. Borivali is always buzzing and Chembur has its own busy rhythm too. Sometimes it feels like we are constantly stuck in traffic just trying to get from one spot to the other. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what we know about the places they want to visit. There are always stacks of brochures lying around that we need to organize. Most days we are just trying to keep up with all the bookings. It’s a lot of paperwork, but seeing people happy after their trips makes it worth the effort. We’ve been doing this for a while and don’t plan on changing our simple ways.
