Strategic Infrabuild Llp

We are Strategic Infrabuild Llp and we work out of Khar West in Mumbai. Our office is in the Kushinara CHS Ltd building, room 205, which is right in Chuim Village on Dr. Ambedkar Road. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy it is, but Chuim Village has a bit of a different feel to it. We do a lot of building and infrastructure planning. It is a lot of coordination between different departments and workers. We are not a massive company with a fancy lobby. We are just a small team in a regular office. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking at site drawings. Mumbai property is always a bit of a puzzle because space is so tight. We have been in this area for several years and have seen the buildings go up all around us. We don't use marketing slogans or try to sound like something we aren't. We are just local people who know how to get things built in this city. It can be stressful with the traffic and the deadlines, but we are used to it by now. We try to keep our work straightforward and stay out of the way. If you are ever walking through the village, you might see us headed to the site. We just focus on the job at hand. It is not always perfect, but we keep showing up every day to do the work.
