Stonebricks Developers Private Limited is located at the Sp Centre on Minoo Desai Marg. We are right in the heart of Colaba, which is an old and busy part of Mumbai. Working here means dealing with old buildings and very narrow roads every single day. Our office is a practical space where we handle the development side of things. We aren't a big flashy company with a huge lobby. It’s mostly just us sitting around desks covered in drawings and files. We focus on the basic elements of building, like the stone and bricks that give us our name. The weather down here near the coast can be quite humid, which makes site visits a bit of a chore in the summer months. We’ve been in this building for a while and the locals around Minoo Desai Marg know our faces. We don't spend money on big ads because we prefer to let the work we finish speak for itself. It’s a lot of coordination with different workers and making sure materials actually show up on time despite the Colaba traffic. Sometimes things go wrong or a project gets delayed, but we just work through it. We aren't trying to change the world, we are just trying to build decent structures in a city that is always running out of space. It’s a busy life but we enjoy being part of the South Mumbai neighborhood.
