Sterling Tours & Travels is located at B 34 in the Jay View CHS. We are just off J.P. Road in the Sahakar Nagar area of Andheri West. It’s a residential society, so it’s a bit calmer than the main road. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. The office is on a floor where you can see the tops of the trees in the compound. It’s a simple setup with a few desks and some old chairs for when people come to visit. We have stacks of travel brochures everywhere, though everything is digital now. The walls have some marks from where we moved the desks around last year. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a computer. We spend our days looking at maps and checking prices. The tea lady comes by twice a day and that’s usually when we take a short break. Sahakar Nagar is a nice place to be because it’s close to everything in Andheri but tucked away enough to get some work done. Sometimes the society meetings get a bit loud downstairs, but we just close the door and focus. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just run a travel office out of a housing society and try to keep our records straight without any big fuss or corporate talk.
