You can find Starlight Model And Talent Management Pvt Ltd at Shop No. 25 on the ground floor of the Om Heera Panna building. We are located in Andheri West, right behind the Oshiwara Police Station. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you know where the police station is. We’ve been around for a while now, working with different people who are trying to get into modeling or talent work. It’s a tough business, honestly. There are a lot of people looking for breaks and not enough spots for everyone. We just try to help out where we can. Our shop is a busy place. There are always people coming in for meetings or to show us their photos. We don't have any fancy stuff here, just some desks and chairs and a lot of files. We aren't trying to be some big shot agency. We’re just regular folks who know how the industry works and try to keep things honest. Sometimes it’s frustrating because things change at the last minute, but we’re used to it by now. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking emails. It’s not a glamorous life like people think. It’s mostly just hard work and being patient. We just take it day by day and see who walks through the door. Every day is a bit different, which keeps it from getting boring at least.
