If you head down to Yari Road, you will find us at Kalyan Complex. We are in unit 103. At Star Property & Development, we focus on local real estate and how things are being built or sold in the area. Yari Road is a pretty popular spot, so there is always something happening with properties nearby. Our office is a place where we keep all our floor plans and site documents. It’s not a big fancy place, just a working office with some chairs for when people come to talk about a flat or a piece of land. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, looking at sites and checking on how things are progressing. Dealing with property can be a bit of a headache with all the rules and paperwork, but we just take it as it comes. We aren't here to give you a big sales pitch. We just show what’s available and explain the situation with the development. The complex itself is easy to find and there’s usually some parking around. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks of managing and developing property. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on builders, but it keeps us active.
