Star Luggage

We are located at 1 Vakola Masoba Mandir in Kalina. Being right by the Mandir means we are at the heart of a lot of activity. There’s always music or the sound of bells and people coming and going for prayers. Our shop is a simple place where we sell luggage and travel bags. We have been in Kalina for years and have seen a lot of people move in and out of the area. We carry a bit of everything, from heavy suitcases for people moving house to light backpacks for school kids. The shop isn't fancy at all. We have shelves lined with bags and a few stools for customers to sit on while they look at different models. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the traffic outside, so we spend a lot of time cleaning. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know the stock well. If you need a bag that can survive a bumpy bus ride, we can usually point you to the right one. We like being part of the community here. People stop by on their way to the temple or the market, and it feels like a real neighborhood. We don’t do big promotions or anything like that. We just open up every morning, put some bags out on the sidewalk, and wait for customers to come in. It’s a steady, quiet way to run a business. We like it that way.
