Star Cruises

Our office is actually inside Padmalaya Bungalow in Nasik. It’s near the Bhavin Apartments in Varahi Nagar. It’s a bit different because we aren't in a commercial building, but a house setup. We handle cruise bookings and travel arrangements from here. It’s usually quiet in the neighborhood. We sit at our desks and talk to people about trips on the water. It’s a lot of looking at cabin maps and sailing dates. Nasik is quite a distance from the ocean, which is funny, but we do all the work over the phone and internet anyway. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. D B Patil is the name on the gate. We spend a lot of time explaining the different decks and what’s included in the price. We try to be honest about what people should expect on a ship. Sometimes the paperwork for visas takes a long time, so we have to stay organized with our folders and files. We aren't a huge call center, just a small group of people working out of a bungalow. We drink a lot of tea and try to get through the bookings one by one. If you’re in Varahi Nagar, you might miss us if you’re looking for a big office. We’re just tucked away doing our thing. It's a comfortable place to work and we stay busy most days. We just keep track of the schedules and help where we can.
