Ssp Housing Llp is based in the Fort area of Mumbai. We are right on Dalal Street, which is a very famous place, as most people know. Our office is on the 2nd floor of the Examiner Press Building, at number 17/18. It’s an older building with a lot of history to it. You can feel the age of the place when you walk through the halls. Being in Mumbai City means it is always incredibly busy outside. There are people everywhere and the traffic never seems to stop. We handle housing matters from this office. It’s a very practical space. We don't have any expensive decorations or modern art on the walls. It’s just desks, chairs, and stacks of folders. The 400001 area is the heart of the city’s business district, so we are right in the middle of everything. Most of us take the local train to get here because parking in Fort is nearly impossible. The office is often a bit noisy because of the street sounds coming up from Dalal Street, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a local housing LLP that works out of this historic building. We do our best to stay organized and get our work done without any fuss. It’s a real Mumbai office for people who just want to do their jobs and go home.
