Srinidhi Engineers

Our office is at A-321 in Corporate Avenue on Sonawala Road. Being in Goregaon East, it’s a bit different from the heavy industrial zones where we used to be. It’s more of a commercial hub these days. Srinidhi Engineers is tucked away on the third floor of the building. It’s a decent space, though it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of project files and drawings lying around. We spend a lot of time on computers and drawing up plans for different jobs. It’s not as noisy as a workshop, but it’s still very busy in its own way with all the calls. The elevators in Corporate Avenue are always full of people, so we often just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry to get somewhere. We don't go in for fancy mission statements or any of that polished talk. We just try to get the engineering specs right so the clients don't have to come back with complaints later. The windows look out over the Goregaon area, which is always changing with new buildings going up every month. It’s a fast-paced environment and can be stressful. We drink a lot of tea to stay sharp. The staff is small, just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We know how each other works, so we don't have to talk too much to get things moving. It’s a straightforward setup. We show up, do the calculations, and head home.
