You can find us at Jai Ganesh Chs, located on that stretch of 66 Feet Road. It’s quite near the State Bank of India ATM, which makes it easy for people to spot us when they are out doing their errands. The address says Matunga and Goregaon, which can be a bit confusing for some, but we are right there in the mix of things. Our office is a small spot where the phones are usually ringing with people asking about bus timings or train bookings. We have maps pinned to the wall and stacks of old ledgers where we keep track of who is going where. It’s a busy little place, especially during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to leave the city at the same time. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to do everything over the phone, which gets a bit chaotic. There’s always someone dropping in to ask for a price or to pick up a ticket we printed out for them. We’ve got a few plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait, and there’s usually a pot of tea on the go somewhere in the back. It’s not a corporate travel agency with glass walls; it’s just a neighborhood shop where we try to help people get to where they need to go without too much fuss. We know most of our regular customers by name and their favorite seats too.
