Sr.Cashier

We've been at Shop 17, 18, and 19 in the Acharya Commercial Complex for quite some time now. It is on Dr. C.G. Road, right near Basant Cinema in Chembur East. People around here usually know the spot because the cinema is such a big landmark. It is a busy area, and we are right in the middle of it. We handle the daily operations across these three shops. It gets a bit crowded sometimes, especially during the peak hours in Mumbai-74. We don't really go for anything fancy or polished. It's just us doing the work that needs to be done every day. The shops are connected, which gives us a bit more room to move around. We see a lot of the same faces from the neighborhood. Some people just drop in while they are out getting their groceries or going to the movies. The sun hits the front of the complex pretty hard in the afternoons, so we usually keep the shutters halfway if it gets too hot. My staff and I have a routine that we follow. It's not a corporate office with big meetings. We just talk about what needs to be fixed or sorted and then we do it. The traffic on the road can be a bit loud, but you get used to the noise after a few weeks. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks. It’s a basic, honest way to run a business.
