Sr. Waiter - Restaurant & Coffee Shop

We spend most of our time here at Pinnacle ‘D’ on Lbs Marg in Mulund West. It is a busy spot and you can always hear the traffic from the window of Flat No. 205. This is where we handle the restaurant and the coffee shop stuff. Mostly it is just us making sure the waiters have what they need and the orders go out right. The kitchen gets hot in the afternoons but that is just how it is. We have been in this part of Mumbai for a while now. Some of the regulars know us by name and we know how they like their tea or coffee. It is not a fancy setup but it works for what we do. Every morning starts with checking the supplies and making sure the tables are clean. Sometimes things go wrong like a glass breaking or the delivery being late but we just get on with it. Mulund is a crowded place so there is always someone coming in or out. We focus on the daily tasks and trying to keep everything moving. It is just a normal day of work for us here. We don't have a big office with views just this flat where we do the paperwork and the kitchen where the real work happens. It keeps us busy from morning until late at night. The area around Maharashtra 400080 is always full of life. You see people rushing to catch trains or getting groceries. It makes the day go by faster when there is so much happening outside our door.
