Our office is at 6A 1 in the Juhu Sangeeta Apartment building, right on Juhu Tara Road. It’s a well-known part of Mumbai, and being so close to the coast means the air is always a bit salty. We work on various residential and commercial heights projects from this space. The office isn't very big, so things can get a bit crowded when we have meetings with contractors or suppliers. We don't have a fancy showroom or a big staff in suits. It’s mostly just us in our regular clothes, looking at floor plans and making phone calls. Life on Juhu Tara Road can be pretty hectic with the traffic and the tourists, but we’ve learned to work around it. We focus on the everyday details of building and management. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, and we spend plenty of time making sure every form is filled out correctly. It’s not a fast-paced corporate environment; it’s more of a steady, practical workplace. We value getting the job done right over making it look pretty. Most people who work with us know we’re straightforward and don’t like to waste time on small talk. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with whatever project is currently on our desk. It is a simple way of working but it suits us.
