Spice Of Kerala

Spice Of Kerala is our place in Andheri East, right on Kubadthai Pasun Road 3. It is a busy area, and there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside our door. We spend most of our time in the kitchen, getting things ready for the people who come in for lunch and dinner. It is a lot of hard work, especially with all the chopping and cooking that needs to be done every day. We don't have any fancy equipment, so we do most things by hand. The shop is not very large, and it can get quite hot and loud when it is full of people eating. We don't use any corporate language or have big meetings about our business plans. We just want to make sure the food is good and that we don't run out of ingredients before the day is over. Sometimes the suppliers have trouble getting through the traffic on Pasun Road, which can be a real problem for us when we are busy. But we just find a way to make it work. We have been in Andheri East for a while now, and we know many of the people who live and work around here. We aren't trying to be a fancy restaurant, just a local spot where people can get a real meal. It is just a regular shop run by regular people who work hard.
