Spice Land Holidays And Entertainments Pvt Ltd has its office in Chembur, right by Moti Baug on the Sion Trombay Road. It is a very busy area, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise coming from the street outside. We have been working out of this Chembur location for some time, and the office is basically filled with computers and filing cabinets. Our day usually starts early because the phone starts ringing almost as soon as we open the door. We handle a mix of things, from holiday planning to some of the entertainment side of the business, which keeps us pretty occupied. There is always someone coming in to pick up their documents or ask about a tour they saw online. We try to keep things organized, but when it gets busy, there are papers everywhere. We don't really go for the high-end office look; we just want a place where we can get the work done and people can find us easily. The Sion Trombay Road is a landmark itself, so we just tell people to look for Moti Baug. Sometimes we take turns going out to get tea for everyone while the others stay back to handle the walk-ins. It is a regular workplace with regular people just trying to make sure everyone gets their tickets on time.
