We are over here in Adarsh Nagar in Andheri West, running Speciality Restaurant Pvt.Ltd for a while now. It’s a busy spot most of the time. Our mornings usually start with the staff coming in through the back and getting things ready before the lunch rush hits. We don’t have any fancy slogans or big corporate manifestos. We just focus on the food and making sure the kitchen is running right every single day. The neighborhood is always active, and being in Andheri means there is never a quiet moment outside our doors. Some of us have been working here for years, and we know the delivery guys and the regular faces that drop by for a bite. It’s a lot of hard work, honestly. We spend time dealing with suppliers, making sure the inventory is tracked, and handling the daily mess that naturally comes with running a restaurant business. We sit in the small office upstairs sometimes to look at the books, but mostly we are down on the floor where things happen. People know the address because it’s easy to find in this part of town. It isn’t always perfect, things break or the rain makes everything damp during monsoon, but we just get on with it. We aren't a big chain with a shiny handbook, just a group of people making sure the meals go out on time and the place stays open. The traffic in Andheri can be a real pain for the staff, but we all show up.
