Spartan Engineering Industries Pvt.Ltd. is based in Spartan House. We are in Unit No. 111 on the first floor. This is part of the New Tejpal Industrial Estate, which sits right behind the Lathia Rubber Factory. You can usually tell where we are because of the faint smell of rubber from the factory next door. The industrial estate is a maze of different units and small businesses. Our place is up one flight of stairs. It’s an industrial unit, so it has high ceilings and a lot of metal racks for storing supplies. We have our workspace laid out with different stations for the tasks we handle. It is not the most modern building, but it works for what we need. We have been here in this spot for a while, and we are used to the rhythm of the estate. Trucks come in early to drop off materials, and the noise of the neighboring units stays pretty steady until evening. We aren't big on corporate talk or long meetings. We just come in, check what needs to be done, and start working on the orders. The office part is just a couple of desks pushed to one side of the room. Most of the space is for the actual engineering work. It is a busy, functional environment where we just focus on the daily tasks and making sure everything is handled correctly before we close up.
