We are based in Mumbai, specifically at Spartan House on Level 1. That’s at 111 in the New Tejpal Industrial Estate, right off the Andheri-Kurla Road in Sakinaka. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy Sakinaka is. The traffic is something else, but we are right in the middle of it all. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other people making and fixing things. It’s an engineering environment through and through. Our office on the first floor isn't very large, but it’s where all the planning happens. We have desks cluttered with blueprints and parts catalogs. The air conditioning hums all day to keep out the Mumbai heat and the noise from the road. We’ve been at this for years, and the estate has changed quite a bit around us. People come and go, but we’ve stayed in Spartan House. It’s not a polished corporate tower. It’s a place where we wear work boots and get our hands dirty when needed. We deal with a lot of engineering projects, and there’s always something being moved or shipped out. The guys in the workshop are always busy. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. We just show people what we can do and hope the work speaks for itself. It’s a tough, busy place to work, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. It's our home and where we feel most comfortable during the day.
