We've been at 111, New Tejpal Industrial Estate for a while now. It's right behind Lathia Rubber Works on Andheri Kurla Road. Sakinaka is a busy spot, and our place here at Spartan Engineering Industries Pvt. Ltd. is where we handle all our day-to-day operations. Most days it’s just us focusing on the engineering side of things. It gets loud around here with the traffic and the other industrial units nearby, but we’re used to it. We aren't big on fancy offices or anything like that. We just have our space where the work gets done. People usually find us by looking for the rubber works landmark since the estate entrance can be a bit hidden if you aren't looking closely. We have been in this part of Mumbai for years. The team knows the area well. We spend most of our time dealing with technical specs and making sure things are built right. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we do. If you walk into our unit, you’ll see tools and parts everywhere. We don't clean up for guests unless it's really necessary. Our focus is mainly on the metal and the machines. Sometimes the power acts up in this area, but we manage. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with whatever order is on the table that week. It’s a straightforward setup here. We’ve got desks, some heavy equipment, and a lot of paperwork. That’s just the way it is in Sakinaka.
