Our office is in Malad West, right on the busy S V Road. We are in Dattani Chambers, which is 41/42, just across from the Shantinath Shopping Centre. It’s a very active area. If you look out our window, you see a constant stream of buses and rickshaws. Inside Sparrow Tours & Travel, things are a bit more organized, though we always have stacks of brochures and ticket printouts everywhere. We spend our days on the phone or on the computer trying to get people where they need to go. Travel can be a headache with all the rules changing, so we try to handle the messy parts for our customers. We aren't a massive corporation with a call center. When you call us, you get one of the people sitting in the room. We know our regulars by their voices now. The office could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy to get around to it. Sometimes the internet goes down and we all have to wait around, which is frustrating but that's life. We try to give people the straight story on prices and timings. No one likes surprises when they are trying to catch a flight. It’s a small team here and we just do our best to keep everyone moving.
