Sparkle Two Mall Developers Private

The office for Sparkle Two Mall Developers Private is tucked away in the Shreelaxmi Woollen Mills Estate in Mahalaxmi. It is an interesting place to work because you can still see the history of the old mills in the architecture. We are on the ground floor of the RR Hosiery building. It isn't like those shiny new offices you see in magazines. It is more of a practical space where we get things done. Most of the day is spent coordinating with different vendors and looking over site plans. Since we are in the Mahalaxmi area, there is always a lot of activity nearby. The walk from the station can be a bit long when it is raining, but we manage. We share the space with Market City Resources, so there are always people moving around and phones ringing. It is a bit cramped at times with all the files and samples lying about. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy reception area. If you come by, you will probably just see us hunched over our laptops or having a quick lunch at our desks. Building malls takes a lot of boring meetings and endless phone calls. We just handle the everyday details of development from this little corner of Mumbai. The ceilings are high because of the old mill design, which is nice, but the fans always seem a bit too slow in May. It is just a normal office routine for us here.
