If you go down Bapunagar Road in Dahisar, you will find us at Ramnesh Estate. We are mostly involved in building and developing spots around this part of town. It is a lot of looking at blueprints and spending time out on sites where there is more mud than floor. Dahisar has changed a lot since we started, and we have seen many new buildings go up where there used to be nothing but empty land. Our office isn't anything special, just some chairs and a big table for maps and drawings. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking if the materials arrived on time. Sometimes they don't, and that’s a whole different headache for us. We like being in this part of Mumbai because it feels a bit more grounded than the city center. People come in asking about flats or shop spaces, and we just tell them what we have available. We don't use high-pressure sales stuff because it doesn't feel right to us. If a place fits what you need, it fits. We try to keep our plans simple and practical for everyone. There are always challenges with permits and weather, especially during the monsoon when everything slows down to a crawl. But we have been doing this long enough to know that things eventually get built if you stay patient. That is just life for us at Space Developers.
