Soverign Properties

Soverign Properties is located over in Powai, inside the Rangati Cloth Market area. Our office is number 906 in Kailesh Tower, which is on Madangopal Ni Haveli Road. It is a very busy part of town because of the market and all the shops nearby. We are also quite close to S N Shetty School, so you can always hear the school bell and the kids during the day. Being on the ninth floor of Kailesh Tower gives us a bit of a view, which is nice when things get stressful. We deal with properties, so our day is mostly spent on the phone or looking at documents. The office is pretty simple—just some chairs, desks, and a lot of maps and files. We aren't one of those high-pressure real estate firms you see on TV. We are just a few people who know the local area really well and help people find what they need. Powai is a great place to be because it is always developing, but the Rangati Cloth Market has that old-school vibe that we really like. It can be a bit of a trek to get up to the ninth floor if the elevators are acting up, but that is just life in a tall building. We have been in this tower for a while now and we know most of the other businesses on our floor. It is a busy, noisy, and productive place to spend our time.
