Souvenir Event Planners

Souvenir Event Planners is based over in Kalwa, specifically in the Ozone Valley building. We are up on the fifth floor, room 8-504. Parsik Nagar is a bit quieter than the main parts of Thane, which is nice for when we need to sit down and actually think. Planning events involves a lot of phone calls and messy notebooks filled with scribbles. We spend half our time in the office and the other half running around different venues across Thane and Mumbai. It’s not a glamorous job like people think; there’s a lot of arguing with vendors and double-checking lists at midnight. We started this because we liked seeing things come together, but it’s definitely a lot of work. Our office is just a regular room with a few desks and a lot of folders. We don’t have a big staff, so when you call, you’re usually talking to one of the people who will actually be at your event. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. Kalwa has grown a lot lately, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change from our window in Ozone Valley. We aren't some big corporate agency with a polished pitch. We just try to get the details right so nothing falls through the cracks on the day of the event. It’s tiring but worth it.
