Sonu Tours & Travels is based over in Goregaon East, specifically at 5 Mahavir Market in the Satelite Tower building. We are right opposite the Golden Gate Hotel, which is a big landmark around here that helps people find us when they get lost. Being in a market like Mahavir means it is always busy and there is always something going on outside our door. We started this because we liked the idea of helping neighbors with their travel plans. It’s not a huge operation, just a modest office with enough space for us to talk to people and figure out their trips. The Satelite Tower is a well-known spot, so that makes it easy for the drivers to find us too. We do a lot of bookings for cars and bus tickets, mostly for families going on holiday or people needing to get to the airport. Sometimes the market gets so crowded that parking is a nightmare, so we tell people to just hop out of their rickshaws quickly. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just Sonu and a couple of others sitting here with our logbooks and phones. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, with new shops opening and closing, but we’ve stayed put. If you need to plan a trip, you can just drop by and we’ll see what we can do. We don't use any fancy computer systems that break all the time, just regular stuff that works for us.
