You can find us at the Mangal Kunj Building in Sukhram Nagar, which is over in Borivali. We’re in shop number two. It’s a small place where we handle travel bookings and talk to people about where they want to go. Mostly, it’s just neighbors coming in to ask about train tickets or maybe a bus to another city. We have a few old posters on the walls and a couple of chairs for people to sit while we look things up on the computer. It gets a bit noisy with the street traffic right outside, but we’re used to it. We don’t do those big fancy tours; we just help people get from one place to another without too much trouble. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to wait, so we just chat with whoever is in the office. It’s a simple business. My family has been around Borivali for a long time, so we know a lot of the people who walk past our door. If you need to go somewhere and don't want to deal with the websites yourself, you just come talk to us. We’ll see what’s available and write it down for you. It’s mostly about knowing the schedules and which buses are reliable. We keep the place clean, but it's definitely lived-in. Just a regular travel shop in a busy part of town. We are usually here until late evening most days.
