Our office is over in Sector 30 of Vashi. It's a busy part of Navi Mumbai, which is good for a travel place like ours. We spend most of our time looking at flight schedules and hotel bookings. People come in wanting to go somewhere for a break, and we try to sort out the logistics for them. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the computer and the phone. Sometimes the internet is slow or the booking systems act up, which can be a real headache, but we manage. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of staff. It’s just a few of us here who know how to navigate the travel rules and find decent routes. We deal with families mostly, or people looking to visit relatives in other states. Vashi is a good base for us because it’s easy for people to reach. We have a lot of brochures lying around the desks, though most things are digital now. We don't promise anything crazy, just that we'll do the work to get your tickets and hotels confirmed. It’s practical work and it requires staying organized with all the dates and names. Every day is different depending on where someone wants to go. Some days it’s a quick trip to another city, other times it’s a big family vacation. We just stay at the desk and keep clicking until the itinerary looks right and everything is paid for.
