Soham Engineering Company

Our workshop is sitting at Plot No 345 in the Midc Ambad area, right near the Patharti Fatak crossing. If you’ve ever been through this part of the city, you know how industrial it feels. There are trucks everywhere and a lot of dust in the air. We are Soham Engineering Company, and we’ve been operating from this plot for years. It’s a solid space where we handle all sorts of engineering tasks. It's mostly about metal work and machining parts for people who need them. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a big shed with some heavy machines inside. It gets really hot in there during the summer months, but that's just how it goes in Ambad. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the floor checking a measurement or running a lathe. We prefer it that way. Most of our days are spent trying to get a specific part just right so it fits where it's supposed to. We work with a lot of local guys who have their own small businesses around here. It’s a community of makers, really. We don't do a lot of talking; we just get the specs and start working. Sometimes the power goes out, which is frustrating, but we just pick up where we left off. It's just a regular engineering life, I guess, but it keeps us busy enough every day.
