We are directly across from the Babulnath Temple. This is a very lively part of the city. There are always people around, whether they are going to the beach or visiting the temple. We have been here for a long time and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Our daily life involves a lot of prep work in the kitchen and making sure the dining area is ready for the rush. Since we are in such a popular spot, it can get very crowded, especially on holidays or weekends. We are a small local operation, not a big chain. We do all the work ourselves, from managing the staff to checking the deliveries. The noise from the street is something we have just grown to accept. It’s part of being in Mumbai. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything. We just open the doors and serve food to whoever comes in. Some people have been coming to us for years. We keep the place simple and focus on the daily tasks.
