Snowdrops Choco Magic

We are located in Mulund West at Narsi Natha Street 266, inside the Shanti Industrial Estate. It is a bit of a walk from the station, but we have been here for a good while now. Our days usually start with the smell of cocoa hanging in the air before the sun even gets too high. We aren't a big factory with shiny machines. Most of what we do is done by hand on old tables. My cousin helps with the melting, and I usually handle the pouring. The industrial estate can get quite loud with all the other units working, but inside our space, it is mostly just the hum of the refrigerators. We try to keep things clean, but when you are working with chocolate, something always ends up on your apron. People from the neighborhood know us as the place that smells like sugar. We don't have a big sales team or anything like that. It is just a few of us making things we like. Sometimes the Mumbai humidity makes the chocolate bloom, and we have to start a whole batch over. It is frustrating, but that is part of the work. We pack everything in simple boxes. Nothing too flashy, just practical. We usually have our tea near the window looking out at the street. If you are looking for a corporate office, this isn't it. It is just a kitchen where we spend most of our time getting things ready for the local shops.
