We've been here in Dadar West for quite a while now, tucked into the Vijay Nagar Building. If you know where Adarsh Hotel is, you can find us easily since we're right near the Pump House. It's a busy spot but we like it that way. Mostly, we spend our days sorting through whatever stems came in that morning and making sure things look decent enough for people stopping by on their way home. Some folks come in looking for something specific for a wedding, while others just want a small bunch for their table. It gets a bit messy with the water and the leaves on the floor, but that’s just how a flower shop goes. We don't have anything fancy here, just some buckets and the smell of jasmine and roses everywhere. Sometimes it's loud outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the orders. It’s mostly family running the place. We know the neighbors and the people who work at the shops nearby. It’s not a big corporate operation or anything like that. Just a small space where we deal with flowers every single day. If you’re walking past the building near the hotel, you’ll probably see us out front trimming stems. We keep things pretty simple and just try to make sure the flowers are fresh when they go out the door. It’s a lot of early mornings at the market and staying late to clean up, but it’s what we do.
