We have been at 48 H D N Road for a while now. It is tucked away right behind the MIDC office. Most people find us because they need help with booking trains or organizing a trip for their family. It is a small place, just a few desks and some maps on the wall. We spend most of our mornings on the phone checking schedules and trying to figure out the best routes for folks. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we get things done. People come in to ask about ticket prices or how to get to the airport without spending too much. We mostly deal with locals who live around here. We do not have a fancy website or anything like that. It is mostly just us answering questions and printing out itineraries. If you are walking near the MIDC office, you might miss the turn, but we are right there. The office gets a bit busy during the holidays because everyone wants to go home or take a vacation. We try to keep things simple. You tell us where you need to go, and we look at what is available. It is not a complicated setup. We just handle the bookings so you do not have to sit in front of a computer for hours. It gets noisy with the traffic outside sometimes, but it is a good spot. We have been helping people travel for years now. It is just how we earn our living.
