Smile Time Holidays

We have been sitting here on LBS Road for quite a while now. The office is right near the Dena Bank in Bhandup West, and if you are looking for us, we are pretty much opposite the Ishwar Nagar Post Office. It is a busy area with a lot of noise from the street, but we have gotten used to it. We mainly deal with holiday bookings and travel plans for families or individuals who want to get away for a bit. It is not a very big space and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for what we need. Most of our day is spent looking at computer screens and trying to find flights or hotels that aren't too expensive. We don't have any fancy brochures or big marketing displays. Usually, people just walk in after doing their business at the bank or the post office and ask us about train tickets or weekend trips. My desk is usually covered in old notes and phone numbers. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait around, which is just part of the job. We try to be helpful and find decent spots for people to stay. It is just a small local business and we don't pretend to be anything else. We enjoy hearing about where people want to go and helping them get the paperwork sorted out so they can just enjoy their time off.
