SKYLINE HOMES CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

Skyline Homes Constructions LLP is based in Andheri West, right on V P Road near the station. We are on the 7th floor of Mehta House, in Unit 702. Being so close to the station means we can hear the trains all day long, which you eventually just get used to. Our office is quite small and often smells like the local food stalls downstairs. We focus on building homes around the suburban areas of Mumbai. It’s a competitive business and there is always a lot of pressure to get things finished. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We are just a group of people who know how to put a building together. A lot of our time is spent dealing with various departments and trying to get all the right stamps on our papers. It can be very tedious. We aren't the most organized bunch sometimes—our desks are usually buried under piles of blueprints and invoices. We don’t wear suits unless there is a very good reason for it. Mostly, it’s just jeans and shirts because we’re often out at a site checking on the masonry or the plumbing. We have been in Andheri for years and we’ve seen how much the skyline has changed. We just play our small part in that. It’s a lot of long hours and stress, but we’re used to it by now and wouldn't know what else to do.
