We operate out of Manish Nagar on J P Road, specifically 2-B 11 in the Akhand Jyot building. It’s right next to the PMC Bank and the Gurudwara is quite close by too. This part of Andheri West is always full of life and traffic. We are developers, so we deal with buildings and construction plans most of the time. Our office is a very simple setup with some tables and chairs. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints or talking to people about where they want to live. It’s not all glamorous like you might see on the television. There’s a lot of running around to different offices to get permissions and checking on the actual sites. We’ve been in this Akhand Jyot spot for a good while now. The Gurudwara nearby is a nice place to go for a few minutes when things get too stressful at the office. We get all kinds of people coming in, some just looking for a small flat for their family, others wanting something a bit bigger. We don't use any big words to try and impress anyone. We just tell them what the current status of a project is and when things might actually be ready. The traffic on JP Road is something we have to deal with every single day. It's just a local business trying to get some buildings up in the neighborhood. We stay busy with the paperwork and site visits.
