You can find us on the ground floor of Petit Mansion on Naushir Bharucha Marg. We’re right there in the Nana Chowk area of Grant Road. It’s an old-school Mumbai building, and being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just pop in when they’re passing by. We do a lot of buildtech work, which basically means we’re always looking at how to make building stuff easier or better with different techniques. The office is often full of samples and various materials we’re testing out. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but that’s what happens when you’re actually working. We’ve been at Plot No 95/101 for a good while, covering units 95 to 99, and we’ve gotten to know the shopkeepers nearby pretty well. Life around Grant Road is fast, and our office reflects that. There’s usually someone running in or out with a set of plans. We aren't interested in being a big corporate firm with glass walls. We like our little corner in Petit Mansion. It feels like home to us. We just keep working on our projects, focusing on the technical side of the construction world. It’s a lot of long hours, but seeing a project come together makes it worth it. We just stick to what we know and try to do a decent job every day. It's just how we operate at Skillcon Buildtech Llp and we're okay with that.
