SKILL INFRABUILD LLP

We are located in the Phoenix Paragon Plaza Mall in Kurla, specifically in Unit 2B. It’s a busy spot near the Kamani junction, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside our door. Skill Infrabuild LLP isn't some giant corporation with hundreds of people. We’re a smaller team trying to handle infrastructure and building projects around Mumbai. Most days, our office is cluttered with site plans and rolls of paper. We spend a lot of time on our phones talking to suppliers or down at the sites checking on how things are going. The traffic on LBS Marg can be a real pain when we have to get somewhere fast, but that’s just life in this part of town. We don’t have a fancy reception area or people in suits waiting to greet you. Usually, it is just one of us sitting at a desk with a cup of tea, trying to get the scheduling right. We started this because we know how to build stuff and we wanted to do it on our terms. It is hard work and sometimes things go wrong, like deliveries getting stuck or the weather messing up a timeline. We just deal with it as it comes. We’ve been here for a bit now and we know the local area well. If you come by, you’ll probably find us arguing about a measurement or looking for a lost pen.
