You can find us in the basement of Vittal Kunj Building No. 1. We are located on V.P. Road in Andheri West. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, being in the basement and all, but it works for what we do. We’ve got our maps and project layouts pinned up on the walls. Being in Andheri, things are always moving fast. We spend a lot of time out on various sites, but this is where the planning happens. It’s not the quietest office because of the street noise, but we’re used to it. We deal with building and developing properties, which means a lot of phone calls and meetings with contractors. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped with all the blueprints and samples lying around, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We don't really go for those polished corporate looks you see in big brochures. We just need a place to sit and figure out the next steps for our buildings. Mumbai is a tough place to build anything, so we spend most of our energy navigating the local rules and making sure the construction is actually happening. If you walk past the building on V.P. Road, you might miss our entrance if you aren't looking for it. It's just a regular work space for a group of people trying to get things built.
