If you head over to Jawahar Nagar in Bikaner, you’ll find Simplex Infrastructures Ltd. at G-125. Our office is right behind the big water tank and near the M.M. Ground. It’s a landmark that everyone in the neighborhood knows, so we never have to give too many directions. The building is a simple structure that fits in with the rest of Jawahar Nagar. Being in Bikaner, we deal with the heat quite a bit, but we are used to it by now. The office is where we coordinate all our local projects. It’s filled with maps, schedules, and a lot of empty tea cups by the end of the day. We don't have a big fancy lobby. You just walk in and you are in the middle of the workspace. It’s a bit noisy when there are events at the M.M. Ground, but it adds some life to the place. We’ve been here for years and the staff is like a small family. We don't use much corporate jargon. We just talk like regular people and focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the dust from the ground blows in, but we just sweep it out and keep going. It’s a very practical, down-to-earth place to work. We are part of the community here and we just keep doing our thing every day. It’s not about being the biggest, just about doing the work right and staying busy until the day is finally done.
