You can find us over in Ghatkopar East, right on Tilak Road. We are on the fourth floor of the Sai Heritage Building, which is pretty easy to spot because it’s right above the Axis Bank. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, so there is always something happening downstairs. Our space is Office No. 401. We spend a lot of our time here planning out different building ventures. It’s a lot of sitting around desks, talking to contractors on the phone, and making sure the numbers add up. Silver Built Ventures is a local firm through and through. We know the streets of Ghatkopar like the back of our hands. Some days are longer than others, especially when we have a new site starting up or when we are trying to clear some paperwork at the municipal office. We don’t have a flashy reception or a coffee bar, just a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of maps and blueprints lying around. It feels like a real workspace. The people who work here are mostly locals who have been in the building trade for a long time. We don't go around making big promises we can't keep. We just look at what needs to be built and we figure out the best way to get it standing. It’s practical work for practical people, and we stay focused on getting things done right without too many unnecessary meetings or corporate talk.
