You can find us at Unit No B 502 in the Labh Ashish Building. We are situated in Andheri East, right across the street from Vaibhav Hotel. Being on the fifth floor means it is a bit quieter than the street level, which is nice when we have to go through a lot of paperwork. The building has been there for a while and most of the people in the other units are also doing their own small businesses. We handle realty stuff, mostly around this part of Andheri. It involves a lot of phone calls and meeting people who want to move into the area for work. The hotel across the way is a good landmark for when people get lost looking for us. Our office is set up with the basic things we need—desks, some files, and a place to sit. It isn't a flashy showroom. We prefer to keep things simple and focus on the actual properties we have listed. The lift in the building can be a bit slow during the lunch hour when everyone is heading out. We usually stay busy with the local listings and checking on new flats that become available. It is a steady kind of work. We know the neighborhood well and how the prices move around here. It is just us working from a standard office unit, trying to keep track of all the different keys and papers.
